To help educators establish a digital-age learning environment, author Walter McKenzie brings together ideas from multiple intelligences and project-based learning to develop a new instructional model, the Intelligence Quest (IQuest). This flexible, self-directed approach provides educators with a clear structure and specific goals for real-world learning in the technology-infused classroom. McKenzie breaks down the nine intelligences into three domains: thinking critically, thinking within, and thinking outward; provides example IQuests for each; and links each IQuest to the corresponding NETS•S–the International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE) standards for evaluating the skills and knowledge students need to learn effectively and live productively in an increasingly global and digital world.
