Mobile devices, digital textbooks, online environments, and other e-learning tools have permeated every corner of higher education over the last few years, and the trend is expected to continue. To get some insights into what’s on the horizon, Campus Technology spoke with a group of academics and instructional technologists, who share their five e-learning trends to watch: more digital textbooks, distance learning, personalized learning, and mobile technology and applications, as well as tighter integration for IT programs and tools.
