The Iraqi Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research has been given control of a U.S.-developed digital library that is helping Iraqi scientists close the knowledge and contribution gap with the international science community. The library was developed by the non-profit U.S. Civilian Research and Development Foundation, which aims to build “peace and prosperity through international science collaboration.” for which it provides grants, technical resources and training.
