All major subjects on the Russian school curriculum should be taught for free, said Prime Minister Vladimir Putin. Addressing a conference on education this week, Putin said that the government financed all educational institutions in full, that the right to free education was enshrined in the Russian constitution, and, that no was going to cancel that right.
