Seven prestigious research-intensive universities based in seven countries have joined to form a new international network: Dartmouth College in the U.S., Durham University in England, Eberhard Karls University of Tubingen in Germany, Queen’s University in Canada, the University of Otago in New Zealand, the University of Western Australia, and Uppsala University in Sweden. An inaugural meeting of the network discussed a program of activities including exchanges of academics, students and administrative staff, research networks, visiting fellowships, joint postgraduate programs, and collaboration on major international projects, as well as social responsibility projects.Source: University World News
