Bahrain will set a nationwide standard for education following the launch of a BD1 million initiative this week. The two-year Bahrain Qualifications Framework (BQF) project will establish a unified award system for all levels of education and training. With BQF in place, students and their future employers will have a clearer understanding of course content and quality. Students will also accumulate credits for courses they complete, which they can build on throughout their lives. A key aim of the prject is to align Bahrain’s education system with others around the world, making it easier for students to continue their educations abroad.Source: Gulf Daily News
