Currently serving as VP/CIO at Asbury Automotive Group (ABG), a fortune 500 company and one of the largest automotive retail consolidators operating 115 franchises. Teresa has a diverse background in all areas of technology and previously lead system integrations with telecommunications giants: AT&T, Comcast, Verizon, Time Warner Cable, DirecTV, and Qwest to power the online platform for trusted brands including: Sears, Dell, Staples, Vonage, and Office Depot. Teresa has a passion for creating opportunities for the children in our world who want to succeed in life but don't have access to the resources and knowledge necessary for creating the pathway towards realizing their full potential. Teresa has a heart for Africa and a vision to help revolutionize education in developing nations through enterprise level network computing and video classroom collaboration leveraging the same Cisco technology that powers the enterprise that she supports today. Affiliated with the Rwanda Leadership Foundation, Teresa intends to lead the implementation of multiple virtual classrooms throughout Africa. Teresa also serves on the Board of Governors with Opportunity International, a non-profit micro-finance organization powering 28 different countries with entrepreneurial, educational, and leadership programs.
