GETideas.org brings together innovative education leaders--superintendents, directors, supervisors--from the front lines to share ideas, best practices, and real-world experiences involving education transformation. These leaders employ GETideas.org as a platform to share case studies highlighting exemplary work--to inform and inspire colleagues and peers. Distinguished Education Leaders also participate in our Virtual Roundtable discussion forums and may appear in our occasional video series, Conversations on Global Education.

GETideas.org invites innovative thought leaders in the education sphere to participate as guests bloggers on current topics of interest to the community--to share ideas, offer perspective, inspire discussion, make connections, and gain visibility for themselves and their ideas via the Featured Thought Leader blog. These contributors occasionally participate in our Virtual Roundtable discussion forums, too. Featured Thought Leaders are leading academics as well as education policy makers, foundation heads, luminaries, visionaries, and iconoclasts.

GETideas.org engages education leaders and luminaries to deliver effective real-world strategies for employing digital and social media to transform schools--innovative practical steps that work on the ground to foster 21st-century learning environments via leading-edge technologies. These experts share their strategies and tactics for tech success via the GETinsight blog series as well as through GETinsight videos, VoiceThreads, and webinars.

Our members are ministers of education; university chancellors, deans, and department heads; school superintendents; school principals and school heads; teachers and students; information officers and technology directors; policy makers and influencers; and a wealth of other interested parties. Members collaborate via Groups, share resources via the Library, and connect with peers and colleagues via the Directory.
